Who is responsible

Nomad Realty, Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share through this website. Contact: info@nomadrealty.club.

What we collect and why

Through our forms or WhatsApp we receive what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, the city and project you are interested in, your budget range, what the purchase is for, the date and time you prefer for a visit, the simulation or comparison you ask us to email you, and any message you write. With each request we also record how you reached us: the page and language, the campaign or website that brought you (for example a Google or Instagram link), the first page you visited and whether you were on a phone or a computer. We use all of it only to answer your request, send you the information you asked for, follow up on your search and understand which channels help buyers find us. We do not sell or rent your data.

Who helps us

Form messages, and the copies we email you when you ask for your results or a project, are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). WhatsApp conversations are handled by WhatsApp/Meta. We measure visits and requests with Google Analytics, which uses cookies. We measure the results of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads with the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies. The map uses OpenStreetMap tiles, fonts are served by Google Fonts and exchange rates come from the European Central Bank via api.frankfurter.dev, with open.er-api.com as a backup; these services may see your IP address when the page loads them. Your browser keeps your currency, buyer profile and the campaign that brought you, so the site remembers them on your next visit; you can clear them from your browser at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry while we are helping you with your search and for up to two years after our last contact, and delete it earlier if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) by writing to info@nomadrealty.club. We reply within 20 business days.
